We are not responsible for incorrect sample collection, misuse of testing kits, or delayed or incorrect results caused by external factors. Our services are not designed for emergency or urgent medical situations. For such needs, consult a healthcare provider immediately.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as listed on the Site. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are only available for unopened and unused kits returned within 14 days of purchase. Contact customercare@oralidx.com for assistance.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs will be outlined during checkout. Oral IDX® is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Contact us at customercare@oralidx.com if your order is lost or arrives damaged.
